  Employee sold me a ”new” washer/dryer combo unit for $550.00 (later, the owner named, ”Luis” -also the company ”mechanic” confirmed it was actually ”refurbished”). It was delivered beat up, scratched & out of box. 3 days after initial purchase, spin cycle sounds like an earthquake and dryer takes approximately 3 hours to dry clothes. Owner/Mechanic/Luis, took 2 days to show up & can't fix it (A mechanic?). Says to give him 5 days to replace my machine, day 15, STILL HAVE NO MACHINE AND OUT $550.00. AND.. I HAVE TO COME UP WITH $35.00 MORE... for them to change the electric dryer to gas dryer... apparently for an attachment. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT REFUND, THEY ONLY EXCHANGE. 90 day warranties only. BAD BUSINESS.
