  I'm somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for this. I don't eat meat (fish yes) or much starch so when my boyfriend and I order, we order on the complete opposite sides of the spectrum. While he has been saying his meals are good (he'll eat anything) mine have not been great at all. I have ordered all fish dishes and so far none of the ones I have had were close to being good. The fish is always overcooked and the veggies for the most part are mushy and have no flavor.I'm not saying load the food with salt, oils and butter but maybe a little garlic and some herbs to give it a better taste. I think part of the problem also lies in the fact that every meal has the same exact heating instructions which is completely unrealistic when you're making ahi tuna (which cooked to a block) compared to a steak. The packaging is good and its a big plus that the nutrition is listed on every package. Would I order again? Well he just got another round so I guess we will have to give it another try but I think this will be the last one for me.

  As most people stated, I was reluctant to use the service shipped via Fed Ex. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised! I have noticed a few posts regarding shipping issues (re: Damaged Products.) I’m guessing they have changed their packaging because I live in Cincinnati and ordered 14 Meals (week of Jan 14, 2018.) They arrived in perfect shape, it looked like great care had been taken in packaging. Finally. The taste. This is the reason for my five stars. It’s restaurant quality food! Definitely not typical frozen meals. They have the right ratio of protein to starch to veggie. I love that you can customize it too. My wife and I LOVE this service. Thank you!!!!

  The food is amazing, absolutely delicious. On top of that, the customer service is excellent! It honestly blew me away. I don’t have a door bell so when I placed my order I made a note to call me when the order was being delivered. A friendly customer service rep reached out immediately to make sure they wouldn’t be calling me too late and didn’t want to disturb me. Very thoughtful and fast! Plus as I mentioned the food couldn’t be better. I prefer to heat in the toaster oven rather than the microwave. 15-20 mins and it comes out perfect. Delivery/courier was very curtious as well. Fast, convenient, delicious.

  The food tasted good, and I liked that I could mix and match veggies and starches etc. Pork chop was delicious and the breakfast eggs were surprisingly good! BUT. It doesn’t travel well. New York to Virginia was a gamble to say the least. And we lost that bet. The containers the food come in don’t seem to hold up well enough in the dry ice. Cracks and even holes in the trays caused food to fall through. So, 3 stars for the food and service itself, but minus 2 for offering long distance delivery before it’s been perfected. If you live in the NY metro area, definitely use Top Chefs! I wish I could.

  My first week of trying the paleo diet and so far I have not had one bad meal nor one meal that taste processed in the least bit. I am over the top happy I have found this place as a single male who does not cook. My mother would be proud I am eating well. I am an advocate for this company just after 4 days I have already placed another order and will continue to eat this food. I am shocked you can get such good quality food delivered to your door. Breakfast, lunch and dinner no complaints. I thank you guys for existing and will continue to order weekly. PS. I already have 2 of my male friends signing up to try it after smelling my breakfast at the office. Thanks again.
