  Definitely one of the worst bagel shops in town. They often get orders wrong and their iced coffee is always sour and stale. This morning, I asked for a toasted bagel but it wasn't toasted... come on who wants to eat untoasted bagel with cream cheese :(

  My fav place to go ever. Food is great, good quality, wide variety. Stuff is pleasant. Highly recommend

  Slow paced but worth the wait. Bagels are always fresh and the egg sandwiches are hefty. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Those are the essentials and enough of a reason for me to stop by whenever I am in the area. Definitely one not to pass by!

  Since they've changed owners, the bagels are smaller and denser, the cream cheese has changed, the service is horrible they are so slow and not the friendliest. It's a shame because I and others used to go there all the time, a few times a week, now their lucky If I go in once a month. If you're in a hurry even if you see a few customers in there you'll wait a long time. They ruined a good thing.

  WORSE PLACE TO GO!! The bagels is good, just because is fresh but the service is very very bad... If u have all the time of u life waiting for u to service you, this is your place..... but anyway.... they are Chinese owners... what u spent 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
