::Me and my daughter love the Tooth Story. They really care about children and my daughter always has an awesome experience. They encourage good dental hygiene with a smile :)

::Disappointed in care for urgent, non-routine issues, but otherwise good for routine care: We were patients for 5 years and always had a positive experience. Dr. Kim and his assistants are all great with kids. The office is clean and professional. However, weāve had 3 incidents of non-routine āurgentā dental issues and in all 3 cases, we experienced very slow response time and great difficulty scheduling. The office staff do not respond to dental emergencies and no one is regularly checking the emergency phone line. We are going to change to another pediatric dentist now, as this is a pattern (after 3/3 instances, I feel my 3 star rating is almost too generous, but I donāt like leaving negative reviews and Tooth Story is good except when you really need them). If Tooth Story can address this issue, theyād earn 5 stars, as we liked them otherwise.

::I love bringing both of my kids to tooth story for their appointments. The ladies who work there are quick and they do a really good job with cleaning the kidsā teeth. If you havenāt done so switch over to this office, Dr Kim is great !

::Unfortunately my experience at tooth story did not live up to my expectations, especially with such great reviews. While I did feel my children were safe during their cleanings and a couple dental procedures, the professionalism and bedside manner of Dr. Kim is lacking. I have a child prone to cavities (who had to have a couple filled at tooth story) and attempted to have a reasonable conversation with Dr. Kim on what I could do, besides the obvious, to prevent cavities. He acted defensive like I thought he was lying - I never did as I know this child has had dental issues in the past. He proceeded to show me pictures, as if I didnāt believe him. When I stated again my intent his only solution was to use mouthwash with fluoride. End of discussion. Additionally, when I emailed with questions about another child, the office staff never responded - I confirmed used of the correct email. If you fill out paperwork ahead of time, be prepared to do so again because apparently their system glitches and I had to redo 2/4 kidās paperwork. I will say the office was clean and the hygienists were kind. Just turned out not to be the dental office for us, so we will be switching.
