I was very happy with the service I think the charge was reasonable since they come directly to your home. Both dentist and hygienist was amazing. Patient, warm and kind towards my mom and myself. I definitely would recommend for elderly care. Crystal and Dr A are the best!

This is a great service. Dr. Pierre-Louis' bed side manners was so good my wife was extremely comfortable. She does not care for dentists but he is so good she was more than okay with this experience. He took care of all her needs including cleaning, x-rays, and a filling. The only thing that needs to be improved upon is if you're going to be late, a phone call would be appreciated. We definitely recommend this doctor and the Tooth Fairy Dental Service! Thank you Barbara and Wally.

Well, I waited to write a review because everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves. Mistakes happen, and they get fixed. The dentist and her assistant were most kind and accommodating to my 93-year-old mother and our family. The office staff were easy to communicate with until suddenly they weren't. Gone. Vanished. No answered phone calls, no answered emails, no answered texts. And that promise to submit to Mom's insurance? Well, the insurance hasn't received a thing. We've paid oodles of money for home service and it looks like it's up to us to send it in and hope for some reimbursement. A good dentist contracted to a lousy service still makes for a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Before using this service please read all the reviews. This is the most unprofessional dental service I've ever had to deal with. My 91-year old mother is in long-term care, where there is no dental service. Was thrilled when the facility told us they set up Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service who would provide check-ups and cleanings. Left multiple messages online by completing their email form and on their voicemail at their telephone to set up an appointment; took over a month to receive a call back from them. They never bothered to reply to my emails. I told the gal who set up the appointment for my mother that not only is she on Medicaid but she also has dental insurance as a benefit from her last employer. She said they accepted both. Less than 24 hours before my mother's appointment I received a call from the most ill-informed representative telling me my mother would have to pay over $400 up front. I told her she has 2 dental insurances they could submit to and was told this is how it works as they are a mobile service. Then she said the dentist who would see her doesn't accept Medicaid. Absolutely none of this was explained to me when the appointment was scheduled. From past reviews I see similar complaints not only about the up front costs and people being ridiculously overcharged, but also about not being able to get reimbursed as this sham of a company doesn't do their part so patients can be reimbursed. And it sounds like some of the supposed dentists they use are worthless. So much is wrong here. How could a medical service not know patients who are on Medicaid have no money? And why aren't their policies and procedures explained up front? This is obviously a dental service that only cares about one thing, money. From this sad experience it is easy to see they care nothing of the patient.

They have hidden charges outside of the treatment plan price and are excellent at double talk or telling you they understand. Which is code for we don’t care. It takes 5-7 weeks and 4-5 visits w separate charges to complete dentures since they mail away their impressions. My impressions were not done properly the first time. So I got charged an additional visit for the companies mistake. Every time they come out it can be $205 to $305. They charge an assessment fee each time despite patient assessment being a one time charge in the beginning of treatment. My mother will pass away before she gets her $4500 dentures. So if you need this service quickly for a loved one this is not the company to call.
