  TOOTH is THE only place you would want to go. Be reassured that the care you will receive is the best available. As in any medical procedure there is always a chance for unforseen complications. All of which were a addressed and corrected thoroughly. Don't listen to those who woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The staff is every bit as good as any where else if not better. I wouldn't let anyone else perform a complicated procedure on me other than Dr. Nasimi.

  Dr. Nasimi is the nicest and most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. The staff is kind and friendly also the office is very modern and comforting. I strongly recommend this place to anyone in the area. ESA

  Dr. Nasimi is great, you can read about him from other reviews here. His staff however, are extremely disorganized. Not just on a couple occasions but they consistently mess up, you can also read about their incompetence in other reviews here. First, they never pick up the phone on the weekends, even though they open on Saturdays. When I was going to them regularly while I was getting my Invisalign many years ago, the staff constantly mess up my appointments and misplacing my trays. I spent hours waiting because they couldn't get scheduling down. Now just recently, I was trying to pick up my final retainer tray and get a teeth cleaning. After waiting 3 months for the appointment and commuting 2 hours, (I had moved), I arrived on time at 1:30pm (they close at 7pm according to Yelp and Google) I waited 20 minutes in the cold outside for someone to answer the doorbell but to no avail. I was so pissed I left them a voicemail asking what the hell happened and to call me back. Of course I never got the call. Apparently I found out later that they were at the Manhasset office that Saturday. WHY DID YOU NOT MENTION THAT? They never mentioned the other office and not a single call was made to me to let me know. I gave up on this place and told them to just mail the tray to me as I am never going to waste time going there. Guess what? It took 4 phone calls and over 2 months for them to FINALLY mail it to me. Please avoid this place. This is not a one-off situation. The staff is consistently terrible.

  Waiting time 2 1/2 hours The dentist and the receptionist are nice but the other staff are rude and the wait is far too long and they let people that come after you in first. Shame it used to be way better. There’s a youngish guy there (no idea what he does) extremely rude.
