::It appears like a sketchy place for breakfast but there's a reason why there was a stream of regular customers. Delicious and inexpensive. Honestly shocked at the quality of the food. $3.19 for three large pancakes is a steal. Only about 8 seats but if you are flexible on eating in vs. take out you'll be fine.

::Ok, so they have been a bilingual/multi-cultural restaurant from jump... might not mean much to you landlubbers... but if you're like me - love travelling, AND need to economize... you can see the value in a business model that has always been on point and forward thinking. Plus, they're friendly, not coached/rehearsed friendly, simply their own version of friendly.
