  Great cupcakes and a bit pricey. To staff, store closes at 7:30, not 7:24 when I’m pulling on the door knob.

  I happened to go here one day when I was walking past and I'm glad I did . The cupcakes were sooo moist and delicious. They also didn't cost much st all . The guy behind the kind was very sweet and polite. Definitely would go here again .

  So unprofessional. Went there to make a big order and they told me they couldn't give me a price the same day. Next day i called and they got me waiting on the phone to the point i had to hang up. The day after called back and the same. Never got the price so never got to place the order.

  I Had the pineapple coconut cake. Huge slice but I definitely had better. 3 stars for the receptionist. She had a welcoming personality & I loved that the store recognized Int'l Women's Day w/free mini cupcakes.

  Rude. Poor customer service. Several promises of return calls and nothing. Placed a order. Was told it would be ready at 11am the day of scheduled pickup. Arrived at 1pm and order still not ready. This was for my wedding. The manager gave every excuse why it was not ready, but no apologies. I loved this place when it was in Harlem. I would drive 45 minutes from Jersey and pay the tolls just to get a 6 pack of cupcakes. Tried to keep supporting with the move uptown. Not the same but still good. When I found it in NJ, I was ecstatic to support but this is not the quality nor service I was previously accustomed to. I won't be back as this is just another poor edition to the "new Newark".
