  OK, so I know the owner and jeweler Nick for many years, he is one the kindest persons I know. So reading some of the negative comments, especially the one on skin color, is simply not in his character. That said, it is a small shop with a small selection. So why do I give him 5 stars you ask? Well he has actually handcrafted custom jewelry for me, replaced and set precious gem stones, made exact duplicates of rings, replaced watch batteries, repaired and polished watches, bracelets, rings, chains, all at ridiculously low prices compared to specialty shops, or department stores. Nick does it all with a smile. More motivated by his craft, than money. Highly recommend this little local shop.

  This place has horrible service. I would give it a double zero if I could. 😡 I went in to inquire over a name plate for my daughter 15th birthday three weeks ago. For starters the cubby old man didn’t even greet me. I was standing there talking to him head for about three minutes before he even bother to look at me. After going over the details of the item he said that he would email me in the next coming days with a drawing of the custom piece. There weeks later I’m still waiting!

  Always helpful and kind. A true master at his craft, which is a skill that is being lost as time passes. I have been going there for years and will continue to go there.

  My husband went there to see If they fix watches but the old woman look at him and didn't want to open the door ,then her husband said they were closed Just because my husbands skin color they didn't want to open the door . then he came home and told me how they treated him so I went to store and they opened the door to me just because I'm white . Please don't go there they are racist individuals.

  I arrived at this place to ask them if they can help me with my watch that I've just purchased and because of my skin color they didn't let me in and told me that they were closed. I later sent my beautiful white skin wife and they opened the door for her. Please people do not support these individuals they are racist.
