::my recent order was sent to the wrong address. I sent two emails indicating the Correct address and a telephone number that they could reach me at to resolve this issue. Never heard back from and I have been charged for the item that I ordered. Due to very poor customer service and the fact that I have not received the item that I have paid for I will not be recommending their Products to friends or family.

::My mother and I have used Tommie Copper products for years and are highly satisfied with these products!! My knee pain is reduced dramatically by wearing their knee support. I will always continue to purchase Tommie Copper products. I have no complaints whatsoever about their products (I buy them on Amazon and have always received them promptly and without delay).

::I've been a customer of Tommie Cooper for several years. However when my personal information was breached of their system. I learned that Tommie Cooper is not willing to pay for the monitoring of my credit which is now necessary due to their weak security system. I would not recommend anyone ordering anything else from this company, because they do not value their customers. If your information is breached due to a hack into their system, you will be left with an additional concern for identity theft, which can ruin a person's life.

::For anyone that has a problem with ur bone structure and or joint arthritis such as i have ,i must truly say this piece of equitment has helped me tremendously. The arthritis in me knee has been stabilized upon using tommie copper in my every morning work out at the gym.please dont take anything that im saying face value , i want u to be the judge of this miracle product.
