  This is the best Tom thumb. Kinda small but staff is nice and there's always people working the registers.

  Great customer service! I was looking for the pizza dough in the deli and was told they didn't carry it. The cashier went out of her way and called to check for me. Justin ,the store manager, looked in the back and couldn't find any so he gave me some that the store uses for their pizzas at no charge. They all had huge smiles on their faces as if they genuinely wanted to help. Not sure if its Tom Thumb or southern hospitality, but it made my day!

  I was so excited when this store opened. Unfortunately I have decided to do my weekly shopping elsewhere. The produce is expensive and many times not fresh. Many times I have had to pick through the grapes and blueberries because they are moldy. Some of the staff needs training. The cashiers are great but workers stocking items are usually in my way and they do not move. The current person who bags on weekdays is unprofessional. He comments on the items that I purchase, walks away in the middle of bagging and puts heavy items on my bread. I thought about speaking with the manager about my issues but I do not think that it will help. I was so angry when I left yesterday that I decided that I will drive to another Tom Thumb. I definitely will not go back to Kroeger on Cedar Springs.

  Not great selections of fresh produce which is unusual for Tom Thumb. Meat and seafood market is great. Easy in and out in parking lot.

  This location raises the bar, when it comes to customer service and the quality of products they sell. The produce, the meats...fresh & amazing. Gloria, the cashier...so sweet, and helpful!
