  Great staff, merchanise is usually always fresh except the microwave small potato packs located in the produced section, they are all expired. Remember, shop from the rear, they front all there items so the product thats about to expire sits right up from. In a number of instances I have just grabbed something only to get home and see it was already expired. So check often...

  Nice store, but over priced. Even with the store card discounts, I still find it higher than other, similar stores in area. The meat dept is great, and you can find good deals there. Also, there is no self check-out kiosks. If there is a shortage of staff, prepare to wait awhile.

  I always grocery shop here. They have a bakery, deli, a sushi department, and a Starbucks. Really nice and helpful people working there as well. Great deals of youre a rewards member and they are currently doing monopoly which is fun

  I am from out of town so this was my first visit to Tom Thumb grocery store. The store is enormous! Everything was so clean and neat and in order. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was helpful as well, although it seems like some of the pharmacy workers were not very happy to be there. I was able to find what I needed quickly and efficiently. I thought it was great that they had a Starbucks as soon as you walk in the door so that you can buy some coffee and walk around with it while shopping. Great idea! Definitely a nice store to visit.

  Almost EVERY time we go in to purchase the lines are long. There is a customer service management problem at this store. Tonight we waited 30 minutes in the express lane behind 4 people , they called for back up and no-one came. The answer that we got...the manager had more important things to do. This is typical for this particular store. Very typical. And, A couple is days ago I walked in and the store reeked of fish. Two "big wigs" standing back by the meat market shooting the breeze. ??? This store needs to get its priorities in order.
