  James, a store associate helping everyone at the self-checkout, is hands down the best grocery store employee I have ever come across. James was attentive to everyone at the self checkout, anticipated their needs and the flow of traffic, and was on his A game validating tickets. I was having a crummy evening until I came in, and James single-handedly improve my mood and the mood of my party. Tom Thumb knows how to hire great people.

  Very clean store. Validated parking in the garage. I really love the very well managed produce section with many different varieties of fruits othe stores may not have available. Great job team Thumb

  Our cart got stuck at the bottom of the cart conveyor thing because our dog food fell out and jammed it, but James came to the rescue and after some pulling was able to pull the bag out, in one piece. Thank you James!

  In the heart of Dallas city center this is a great option to get your groceries and ready to eat or heat meals you can buy to have if you are travelling and passing by. Its a huge store with everything you need. I was walking but they have underground parking for customers if you want to drive there.

  HOLY COW!!!! I thought Tom Thumb only had convenience stores but this Tom Thumb grocery store was AMAZING. The layout and the different departments were full of quality provisions and at good prices. We were in Dallas for a 3 day volleyball tournament and was looking for a grocery store to buy snacks when I found this place on a Google search. What a pleasant surprise and just a short Uber ride from our hotel. The store was clean, well laid out and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
