  Unbelievable customer service. All the staff is on top of it and very prompt. They all go out of their way for you. A great shopping experience.

  This is one of the most awesome boutiques in Dallas, not just because Ford is a ridiculously talented designer, but because the Dallas store has a laser focus on customer service. They are not just nice to their customers, they bend over backwards for them. I purchased a pair of Tom Ford's gold leaf glasses in the fall and four months later sat on them. I was devastated. I called around the country to see if they could be repaired but no luck. I was told to call the store, but don't tell them I sat on them. I called the store here and told them exactly that. The manager, without a moment's hesitation, said she would replace them if they had a pair. She had one of the last pairs in the country and she replaced them for mine. I was absolutely stunned. They obviously didn't have to do that, but they did and now they have a customer for life.
