  These folks do a great job. Quality takes time, so the line moves slowly, and they get a lot of attitude from the homeless in the area, but if you don't treat them like the help you'll get better service. I've had no problems - Chris and Antonio in particular always go the extra mile for polite customers.

  The sandwich makers does not understand English well. I asked to the guy to toast the bread and so did my friend and our sandwiches was given to us cold with bread as hard as a rock. When I came back to ask to toast it, he butted in saying I didn't ask. I said, I did ask you but you didn't. He continued to argue trying to make a point that I didn't ask when I did. The lady finally meddled and had both sandwiches toasted. But the whole time two of the guys were harrasing me and making fun singing "Toast, ta toast, toast" An unknown melody. I gave them both a serious look, and they stared back. They were rude and lack knowledge of what customer service is. POOREST and LOUSIEST SERVICE EVER!
