::Love going to this place! They have been here for more than ten years Erving vegetarian food at an affordable price to San Jose state university and the people and the community in general. Always fast service; do prepare for crazy lunch traffic so avoid that time of the day. You can request them to modify, example have the pho noodle to go with the yellow noodle. Definitely try this hole in the wall mom and pop Vietnamese vegan place.

::Tofoo has a lot more flavor than other restaurants with vegetarian soup options. Usually you want the meat to flavor the broth but they do a good job making the broth taste good without it. The tofu or fake meat options don't taste like real meat but they taste like they could plausibly be some sort of animal that you just haven't tasted before.

::Certainty a FoodAdventure. Stumbled upon this place while briefly in town. A compete, 100% #vegan Vietnamese Pho hole-in-the-wall eatery. No seafood, no bone broth. All plants. No hipsters. This place is run by Vietnamese and is therefore entirely ethnic with no trace of pretentiousness. Staff is super nice and were helpful to us with a certain personal issue (left something at their cafe). Only the tiniest little remark- the imitation meats could be of slightly higher quality, and perhaps more emphasis on tempeh/tofu as meat replacements would work better in making the meals just that bit More Healthy

::My to go place for vegetarian/ vegan food. The owner shows up every morning from 7 to cook everything fresh for the day. He makes the best vegetarian broth I ever taste. $7-8 for a to go box, 2 items + rice, great value!
