::The Bellevue location is smaller than 144th location but way less crowded. Dentist John is amazing and the staff made it feel like a small town atmosphere. Everyone talked to me and laughed. Felt like family. So the old saying (less is more is alive and well) with the same high quality care as West O!

::To anyone who is not fond of going to the dentist, this is the place to go. I after a couple visits have not minded. Everyone there is always so friendly.

::The dental staff and doctors are very friendly. They take your needs into consideration and ensure that you aren’t in any pain. They went out of their way to ensure that I got the dental work done that I’d asked for, even when it made my appointment run long. They were very accommodating. However, all of this is not worth the hassle when it came to billing. I paid what THEY TOLD ME my out of pocket balance was, up front at the time of the appointment ($505 and some change). Next thing I know, I received a bill stating that owe them an extra $650 ON TOP of what I’d already paid, that they’d claimed was the remainder of my out of pocket balance. Statements were made that my lack of insurance knowledge and misunderstanding was the issue. I do, however have insurance knowledge AND work in the healthcare field, but insurance knowledge is not the issue when the office TOLD me what my remaining balance was after insurance was $505 and that was paid immediately. Unless you can afford to have large, expected bills while thinking you had a zero balance, after paying what you’d agreed to pay for the dental work prior to getting it, don’t go here. I was going to let the situation go because they took 50% off of the “surprise” bill and I didn’t feel like arguing anymore after making and receiving phone calls for an entire day. But then while discussing the situation with a relative, I learned they did the same thing to them. It wasn’t just a “whoops” one time occurrence. Others need to be aware that this can happen to them.
