  It would help if the clerk faced their customers when they walked in and asked about coffee. Talking to the guys back, I Had to reask 3 times what the coffee on drip was. after being told it's the 'diplomat' I was left to wonder what that even meant. We just ended up leaving.

  A traditional ice cream parlor. A little old and shabby, but in a cute way. My 5 year old lived the place. Very nice and friendly staff.

  My wife and I are planning a birthday party for a friend of ours, and his daughter requested a Toby's ice-cream cake. So earlier in the week, we emailed per the instructions on the website. No response. So we called per the instructions on the website. The phones aren't working. So finally we drove over there today and the woman at the counter apologized and said we're inside the 72-hour window. The person at the counter was very nice, but when told about these issues she didn't get a manager, check the phone or do anything but say, "sorry." So I'm sorry to have to leave this review. The ice cream and cakes may be terrific, but we'll never know.

  We are regular patrons of Toby's. My kids are big fans. It is always a nice experience. Sometimes the line can get long, and seating is limited, but it's a great local business.

  Great flavors besides the regulars. I had coconut chocolate crunch and espresso chip. Just a tad pricey.
