  I have owned Toby speakers for over 30 years. Their sound concept has always satisfied my ear, transparent clear highs, intelligible middles without any creamy smear and a bad ass bottom that sounds as if it has been in the gym training for years - assertive, tight and well defined. The two times I did have issues with drivers (after 20 years of heavy daily use), Toby replaced both upper and lower drivers for a price so reasonable, I vowed that I would use these speakers exclusively. You can find more expensive speakers, you may even speakers that you like better, but you will not find a company more dedicated to creating the best sounding speakers they can, combined with off the charts customer service at a price that is competitive. If you are in to sound, don't take my word for it, treat yourself to an on site audition. You will not be disappointed.

  I brought in a pair of vintage D-60's for repair and True gave them new life. Service and personal attention is outstanding. We also discussed the new CD4's and his acoustical engineering knowledge is remarkable.

  I bought the Low Sheriff from Toby and had it installed at Audio Depot in Arlington, Texas. The installation was so clean and perfect. I am so impressed with both companies.
