  Tobuuuuuuuuu… how I loved you so 😫💔 Delicious… mouthwatering…only tend to hit up the hibachi side - other sides good too.. but I’m all about that Double chicken teriyaki meat 🤤(forget bout veggies) over fried rice OH TOBU the things this mall Chinese foods done to my tastebuds..wowza lay me down on a couch - think I’m taking the rest of the afternoon off from work kinda meals 😂🥹🥹🥹 Badly wanted to give you 5 stars TOBU. Chef Hibachi over there though… you broke Mr. Daddy’s heart 😩💔😔😭 been so loyal for many years… but came by a few weeks ago on my lunch break. See, id been hyping Tobu up around the workplace. My boss finally wants to try it BUT he doesn’t want the chicken touching his rice? Idkkkk ok guys, it’s my boss. It’s what he requested and it was my treat! 🤑 Cashier lady doesn’t understand what I’m asking / giving me a tough time. Simply rice in a container - double chicken teriyaki in the other. The meals gonna cost around thirty bucks for my usual and his - it shouldn’t be a big deal… Finally hibachi bro hustles over - cashier woman explains that she doesn’t know how to ring that up in the register? Lol… come on girl. I explain the whole shabang to him - how I’m treating my boss- it’s what he wants- like come on already here 😅… Lord Hibachi over there LOOKS ME up and down like he’s evaluating me…. His assessment, while making eye contact with me now, “I don’t knowwww, just charge him an extra dollar for an extra box fee or whatever” 😱🤯🥶😖😟😟 Well, Mister hibachi sir… I paid that single absurd made up dollar tax… You didn’t know it then, Darth hibachi, but that $1 you made me pay.. eventually cost TOBU a full ⭐️ And my hearttttt ohhh Tobuuu 😭

  This place is a scam. My 15 year old daughters went today for a school competition. This place charged them for two plates and gave them only one plate and refused to refund. Please do not take advantage of young children. Just because they are not with their parents please do not treat them this way. What you did was not good for the business and the money you make unethical way does not last long. Kindly change the way you treat children/minors.

  This place charged me twice for my meal and when I back there to get refund , manager told me that He Can’t do refund and I have to call bank to cancel transaction. I didn’t hear any excuses from them or something. It was not professionally and rude. Never back that place, they r scammers

  Asked for a kids meal for my 6 yr old daughter, received a $25 meal + $3 for a drink (which the menu says is included), tried to get the problem fixed & the 'manager' said "it is what it is" & apparently 1/2 the crew does not speak English. Absolutely terrible - if my daughter didn't really want this we would have walked. Stay away at all costs.

  Nobody speaks a word of English, or Spanish. They acted like they speak nothing. They just started dumping food into my to go plates. Stiff I didn't want. No clue that I'm telling them to stop. It's not in me to just walk away. My mother wanted bourbon chicken and lo mein, I did not want either, but I got bourbon chicken and lo mein. They just stare at me no matter what 5 languages I attempt. I managed to point at one of the items and the girl understood I wanted something else. Food was good in taste but the meat portions are tiny. You get one scoop and one scoop only. If they scoop higher than the rim of the spoon, they dump it out. My mother actually finished her food. Is it because of them being in this mall? Is it management pinching every penny? Not even 2$ worth of food per combo.
