  If you need some cash but don't want the hassle or stress I suggest calling TNL. I searched online and called many different San Jose auto title loan companies but chose TNL based on their rates and customer service. I got $6,291 using my car's title and I have a year to pay it off. Plenty of time. Great place for a no hassle title loan.

  A tenant recently moved out of one of our rentals and left it quite a mess. After having dumpsters hauled over to empty the house of the stuff they left behind, I then had to repaint every room in the entire house. Let's just say the repairs weren't cheap.
