Describe here is extremely kind and care about their patients. Not only that it isn't a very clean environment.

We had the best experience taking our 6 month old son here. We arrived at around 8pm with what we thought were seizures he was having. The women at check in were very friendly and caring took all his vitals right at the desk and by the time we sat down we were called back. They drew blood and catheter right away. Within an hour he was already getting a CT scan. We ended up getting admitted over night and EVERY nurse we dealt with were so nice and accomodating. They brought our son toys and checked on us frequently. After the diagnosis the doctor made sure we did not leave without any questions answered. We left feeling that they genuinely cared for the well being of our son and family. Great experience and will always take him back if needed.

This place is awful. Staff was super snobby. There was no warmth in their demeanor. It felt like we were intruding on their space. They constantly said my child's name wrong and never apologized for it. The NP seemed clueless as to what was causing my child's pain. He appeared reluctant to order any tests cause he didn't know why she could be hurting. We usually go to banner umc and we were sorry we didn't. We won't come back here again!

This is the worst pediatric caring of lace I have ever been too. They have all kinds of nurses and 3 supposed doctors and the wait was over three hours. There were quite a few people in front of us, maybe 6 and they were all getting frustrated with the slow service. We finally get back into the room area and there's nurses just standing around talking doing absolutely nothing and the room, it's like your sitting in a closet. ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM FOR TWO PARENTS AN INFANT AND THE DOCTOR! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to take your infant on up! When we finally got back to the room it was another 45 minutes before anyone came to us. I hope they never have to try and save a child's life because the child wouldn't make it! Please take your children elsewhere!
