::Nancy Grady did a great job representing my new Home purchase. She was diligent, detail oriented and followed through in several customer service issues. She even negotiated me a credit on the sale price. She cares to do the right thing. I revcimend her for your home sale or purchase.

::Sondra and the whole gang at TJC are nothing but great to work with! Super friendly, inviting, and FUN people all around. They're also very active in community events which is a classic sign of a great company that know's how business is done.

::PLEASE BE VERY WARY OF THE REVIEWS BY LANDLORDS HERE. THEY OBVIOUSLY OFFERED SOME KIND OF INCENTIVE TO ALL OF THEIR LANDLORDS FOR THEM TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Notice there are NO good reviews from tenants. And for good reason. These people are AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to deal with. They are rude, unprofessional, and operating an absolute scam. They are the most intrusive rental company I have ever heard of. Anytime that I had a maintenance request, the maintenance person found weird reasons to wander all over the house. I feel like they were looking for marijuana? Which is prohibited as per your lease. Jokes on them, I don't smoke and they just annoyed me. They are sweet as pie during the sales phase. Don't be fooled, as soon as you give notice that you are moving out (for which they require SIXTY DAYS notice) everything changes. It is stated in your lease that they can show the home to potential tenants for the remaining 2 months of your lease. Which sounds fair enough. What they don't mention is that they will do so excessively - nearly EVERY SINGLE DAY with complete disregard to how disruptive it is to the tenants already living there. I pay over $2000 a month for my rent, mind you. Only to be kicked out of said house 4-6 times a week FOR TWO MONTHS. It doesn't matter that I have 3 small children or that my husband works nights. We have to leave the property so that they can show it. I find this practice to be ridiculous and excessive. You would think that they would limit the inconvenience to the tenant currently paying them!! Also, while having aforementioned excessive numbers of showings, people would roam about the property (still full of my belongings) leaving doors open and lights on for me to pay for. Also, during our move out process during our last week, the refrigerator and freezer were turned completely down/off to defrost and ruin all of our food. Also, a years worth of frozen breast milk that cannot be replaced. I am furious. They claim they are not responsible for it as I have no proof, "I must have turned them off myself." You can just be assured (from my review and all others from past tenants) that they WILL be finding a reason to keep your entire security deposit and then some. No matter how illegitimate that reason is, they are running a scam. The Denver housing market is a hot one, this is a company that is exploiting said market by mistreating and overcharging tenants. They will treat you poorly once you are contracted into their service, raise your rent when your lease is up, and then inconvenience you in every way possible once you try to escape them. I have never regret spending ~ $27,000 with a company so much in my life. (How do you think they will be treating you?) TENANTS BEWARE.

::TJC Real Estate has been managing my condo since 2010. Their services have been good, especially over the last couple years. We have had several renters move out, and they have always gotten new renters in quickly. They have been responsive to service needs for the renters and have been great about trying to find affordable, yet good quality products when things need to be replaced. They have made owning the condo and having renters pretty effortless. The main difficulty we have had is that our condo association has some pretty strict rules, and the renters have not always been made aware of the rules and have received fines. TJC has always taken care of these issues, but sometimes it has been a hassle. TJC was very responsive in going to arbitration for us and the renters in a situation where there was miscommunication between the condo association, our renters, and us, and a very large fine was assessed. We did not end up owing anything, so even when things don't go smoothly, TJC is very good about working with us to put things right.

::TJC has managed my rental property in Denver since 2008. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable property manager. My experience over the past 9 years has proven them to be honest, efficient, prompt and totally reliable. I was an early customer of TJC when they were getting started and despite the fact that they have grown exponentially since then I have always felt that my business is important to them. My relationship with TJC has made being an absentee landlord easy which is not what I expected when I first made the decision to rent my property. I couldn't have done it all these years without them!
