  TJ Maxx refused reimbursement for their broken item that was returned to them in the original box. The coordinator said that since I didn't have the receipt they don't know that it is their goods. I had paid with a credit card that I gave them but still they said they couldn't prove the item was bought (just a few days ago ) from their store. I think that coordinator needs some serious training on customer service. I am a customer who doesn't usually write negative reviews. I couldn't help it this time.

  I have yet to buy clothes from this location because there's never anything I want to wear available in my size. Yes, I'm in my late thirties and over weight, but that doesn't mean I want to dress like a fat old lady. I don't want to dress like a kid either but can't a broad buy a long black sweater made of 100% cotton and some xl black cotton leggings? That's all I want. Black, cotton, comfy clothes....

  Great selection compared to other stores, but horribly unfriendly, dour store associates. High marks for the Runway collection and frequent merchandise refresh, including in the home store and holiday sections. Seems to be largely staffed by an uncomfortable amount of angry looking teenage boys.
