  I recently worked with TJ Larson and Raj Patel as the listing agent on a home. I hate to write bad reviews but I thought the service quality was poor. On the front end Raj was quick to get our checks for the earnest money and due diligence. Once the checks cleared he was difficult to get a hold of for all other communications. We ended up walking away from the deal after loosing about $2,000 because there was poor and untimely communication with the agent. To be fair, I have worked with Rob Swerigan with the same group and found him to be honest, timely and approachable.

  If there were stars for "ZERO" I'd choose that. I have been emailing and calling this place since last Monday (4/27/17) to view a home they have for rent. The only response I received were emails stating someone would call me, and that was more than 4 days ago. This has got to be the worst customer experience I have ever had!!!!!

  I recently sold my home in Charlotte through My Townhome Realty and was really impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and hard work of TJ Larsen and his staff in helping me sell my home. I used their rental management services for several years and when I decided to sell it, they were aggressive and proactive in the process. I would definitely recommend their property management and real estate sales services.
