  This place is a FANTASTIC value. They provide all the basic amenities that you're going to need, as well as keep the place very clean and organized, and are very helpful and polite.

  As always, we had a great stay here. This place is simple and cheap, but for all that, the service is lovely. They always have free water and snacks downstairs 24 hours a day. Everything is clean, and the price can't be beat.

  The price is fair considering the average hotel price in LA. Titta is a bit old, but well kept. The room was clean. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They don’t offer free breakfast, but they are pretty generous with their free snack bar. They got candies, a few different kind of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water for free. I enjoyed the stay.

  This place is a gem. The price is great for LA suburbs. The room was very clean but on the small side. Great for one person or a couple sharing a king size bed. The staff was super helpful. They keep the lobby stocked with candy, fruit, and water. The room had a jacuzzi tub. Not the best place for hanging around but a great place to rest after a day of fun.

  Great hotel! It is affordable, friendly, and safe. It is not a fancy place, but it is very clean and well maintained. If you are on a budget in LA, this is the place for you. There is no breakfast -- but instead snacks and coffee are available all day long. Snacks included bananas, chocolate, and little cakes. There is also good, free, and safe parking. Staff (especially Will) was very friendly and helpful.
