Tito's was great. We tried an octopus dish, a veal hearts dish, and two ceviches. All excellent. The restaurant is small and intimate, and the crowd was bustling the night we were there. All in all, we had a wonderful experience in will definitely be going back.

We made a reservation within two hours of arrival on a weekend night as we did not expect it to be busy. It was packed! Regardless of our misjudgment, the host marked us as arrived and let us know we'd have a wait. The floor manager checked to see our seating preference. The bartender brought our drinks. Presumably a chef brought the food. The value was fantastic-- fresh ingredients from the fruit used for cheesecake gicleé to the golden fingerling potatoes in an appetizer down to the lemon slice that came with our calamari. Plating and prep of ingredients was also fantastic-- the egg whip on the hot and sour was spot on, and the fish used in house is remarkably fresh. Our server was beyond competent-- his knowledge of Peruvian food and beverage reflects not only interest but passion and the flow of service was seamless despite our arrival during the end of the dinner rush. The pisco flavor profiles listed on the menu are also highly accurate-- it's not often that a drink menu adequately reflects the beverage's true palate. We are eager to return and try more of the menu.

This was quite good. It was on the expensive side, but not a place where you regret spending the money after the meal is done. I don't have a lot of other Peruvian food experience to compare to, but everything we ate was delicious. The Papa a la Huancania were especially tasty and the desserts tasted like they were made in house.
