  If I was rating on customer service and the store itself, it would be five. Edith was very polite (pretty also), helpful. Answered all my questions, even had patience and made sure I understood every detail about the loan. I loved the way she made me feel welcome and not nosey and judgemental aura given off as like other loan places. Thanks Edith Th reason I took a star away is because title loans are designed to BUY your car. They give you up to $10,000 (as advertised) and give you only 30 days to repay them. It's really a rip off. I suggest this be a last resort to a extremely emergent situation, like a dire NEED! And the loan amount from the appraisal of my vehicle should have been wayyy more since I have brand new motor, transmission, battery and in good condition with brand new tires. So I just recommend training a tad bit more on car value. That's it.
