  Great boxing sessions! I like the diversity of the classes and exercises.. Found this gym on my route leaving work. It was perfect and convenient to stop here after work before heading home to Manhattan. Took a year off because I like to change it up every now and then, but now I'm back. There's no way I could stay away for too long. I haven't attended all the trainer's classes, but I get my workout in with three of them. This is a great gym and classes to alleviate stress and tone that bod! If they wanted to expand further north, they would definitely get an overcrowd. I talk about this gym a lot. For some, it's out of their way, but they're in a good town and near shopping areas, such as Fairway which is a great place to go after class to get protein foods.

  I love the trainers who push you to be better than you were yesterday but I also love how you are able to go at your own pace. I've tried other ways to get in shape and a traditional gym never worked for me. At Title I am motivated to work harder and become stronger!

  It’s an intense full body workout and to keep us working hard and to keep us coming back, every class is different. The trainers are all amazing and push you to do your best. I leave every class feeling amazing and refreshed. Best workout ever!
