  I absolutely love this place. I have always being a member at different gyms over the years and I truly love a challenge. The classes at TITLE are so high in energy and participants without a doubt will get an overall , full body conditioned workout. No matter what level you're at, the classes give room for everyone to improve. The instructors are so knowledgeable and personable. The front desk staff are courteous, so helpful, polite and welcoming. The place is clean. Overall, this place truly is a hidden gem that I'm delighted to have found.

  Honestly amazing. Special mention for Angel. Usually people teach just to get paid. But the amount of work he has put into it is just unimaginable. Both personally and outside. A phenomenal person with a good, ambitious personality. Great inspiration and motivation. Def recommend him for everything. He knows how to push you past your limits and believe in you. Give him a goal and you'll definitely reach it Deserves a 10/5 but 5/5 will suffice

  From the moment you first walk in Frank & Jeanine make you feel like family. The classes are amazing with incredible trainers leading them. I’ve made so many friends here we truly are like a big extended family.

  TITLE Boxing Club in Ardsley is amazing! I just love everything about the club, from the incredible staff and trainers to all the killer classes. I feel GREAT after each and every class I take!!! Title Boxing club is a MUST JOIN!!! I joined in late November and besides having a blast taking all the classes, I have lost 17 lbs so far and ton of inches all over! I couldn't recommend a better place to workout!!!

  SO happy I found a workout that I enjoy! It is challenging but you can go at your own pace. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. You feel like part of the family right away. Highly recommend :)
