  I love this place. The staff members are always friendly and full of energy. Even when you're tired after a long day, you're still motivated to get through the workout. Title has changed my life. I was never a fan going to regular fitness gym, but this place gets me excited to go.

  With small classes, friendly staff, motivating trainers, and great music, this is the best "gym" I've ever joined. No two workouts are ever the same, and everyone's cool if you modify them to adapt for your level. No matter how tough they are, I always feel amazing afterwards, like I can do anything. They've got a great selection of other equipment to utilize whenever you want: weights, treadmill, speed bag, etc. The personal training sessions I had with "G" really transformed my physical and mental fitness. I can't recommend him or this great little club enough.

  The workouts are intense, energetic, and never boring. They get a little easier over time with continued conditioning but they NEVER get easy. The best part of my day is the hour at TITLE!!!

  If you’re looking for a gym experience like no other, then the Title boxing gym in Ahwatukee is for you! Here, you’ll find incredible classes that push you to your very limits. The fitness Instructors are passionate about what they do, they are very knowledgeable in different types of exercises to fit a beginner or a pro. For Personal training I’ve had Kim with degrees and certifications in exercise science and one of the best programs for strength and conditioning. Kim, Emily, G and Chris with various techniques in boxing, kickboxing and more bring the best to Title Boxing Ahwatukee. Walking into the gym, is like walking into your home away from home. Everyone from the staff to the clients will quickly get to know you. That feeling of intimidation or uncertainty that often comes when joining a gym, will quickly be replaced with a feeling of belonging and family. From your first class, you will never have felt more challenged or had as much fun! – Luis

  I have the honor of being an instructor here. The company's mission and integrity here in this particular club is beyond impecable. The owners treat their employees fairly and honorably. This place gives me the opportunity to impact member's lives while making decent income. Highly recommended for people from all walks of life!
