  As the lead for the IT Department of our non-profit organization in Phoenix AZ, I have come to appreciate good customer service when calling a vendor for technical support. When one of our older NVR's crashed recently, we had the chance to speak with Dom at Titan, and found him to be quite helpful in getting us up and running once we replaced the system's hard drive. I need to add that this was on an older system that was well past it's warranty period. Thanks to Dom and Titan for going the extra mile.

  Amazing staff. I seriously could not be more impressed with how my phone controls literally my entire home. Garage doors, lights, cameras, door locks, image sensors, thermostat, and yes....even my door bell.

  I have an security system w/ Ameritech Security. They are very professional and explained how the system worked completely before they left our house. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get service!

  We have been using another company and found the service was poor and expensive. Then I friend recommended Ameritech. I gave Brian a call and after talking them him I signed up for their service. I now save 10.00 a month and get better service. Thanks!
