::Note to Koreans. Please do not go here for your tire replacement. The business owner is quite shady and dishonest. I can't believe I ended up having to write this because at first the owner seemed to be a nice person. I am Korean, and I'd fully support Korean business in the states. But this place is probably the worst place I've received services from. Here is why. Over the phone, I asked if they carry Hankook tire H727. I asked them if they had sizes either 185/65/15 or 195/60/15 as these specifications were recommended for my Prius. I even asked the owener if he could look up, which he did and said, 'Yes, of course, we have all in stock.' I was pretty delighted how they were even going to replace them today. So I went there only to find out that they actually do not have any of H727 for my Prius but supposedly have only an upgrade version which is H737. Maybe a bait and switch, maybe not. The owner says he worked in this area for over 20 years so he knows H737 is better, but he does not even know the discontinued product line. He had to call and check that I was not making up some model number that did not exist. Anyway, I said, okay, then I will take those upgraded ones as long as they are the likes of H727 which I specifically wanted and chose over others. Guess what I found out after good two hours. They decided to put H725 (not even H727) for whatever reason, without informing me, an inferior set to both H727 and H737 on my car and were trying to charge me the price I was expecting to pay for H737. When I pointed that out, thr owner told me H727, H737 and H725 are all the same, just different numbers. I was at loss. I did a bit of search on my phone to prove to him H725 is a lower grade. Then I was told that it was my fault for giving them a confusing set of specifications, so they put on whatever size that read off my original set. H725 sells usually good $15-25 cheaper per tire than H737 or H727. I did not know about the price and quality difference on the spot, but I did complain because they were not exactly what I expected to get. While still blaming me for their fault, the owner did offer whopping $5 back on them. I wanted to have H737, but he said he doesn't have that either but H434 or something instrad. I had an appointment shortly after, so I had to just swallow and leave. Drove off a few blocks, and in hindsight, I was convinced that this was not a good idea. I called back in to ask 'please give me H737', but the owner said I drove off and that is it. Good life lesson, but I would call it a very elaborate scam work. I mean, how can you blame me for the mistake you made? Was that even really a mistake? In the end, it turned out the owner does not have either H727 or H737! Unbelievable. I would never go here again, and I am stopping every single person I know from visiting here. I have never written a review. This is unfortunately my first one, for business owned and run by my own country people. So sad and outrageous. They look like normal people, but I am just appalled by their hideous practices. Should you have no options, please take time and do your research to save yourself from falling a victim to scam like this. Also, always check if they have done the work right. Check every digit, number, models from this particular business because this was just very fishy from the beginning in retrospect, but unsuspecting as I was for Korean owner, I really fell for it. Please when the owner says different things when you are there, just walk out and refuse any negotiation. Also, always insist on yourself that you are right. There is good chance you have better knowledge than you think. This owner quite does not know what he is talking about, or he knows so well just pretending naive. He will clearly show that he is confused himself too. But I must tell you that he is quite a proficient business man, and he would willingly take advantage of unsuspecring customers. I write this in hope to caution everyone. Four H725 tire replacement cost $400. You might say that's not too bad, but then it's not about money.

::They are a rip off. Came here in Dec 2016 changed the front pads and rooter. I was coming throughout the year for oil changes. I noticed shrieking noises which could only be from the brakes. Came on Jan 2018 and they told me I only needed the front pad and rooter changed again. Which was absurd because I just changed it a year ago. Not a day later I hear the same shrieking noise and I come and have to change the backs. They are a rip off because the front did not need change it was the back!!!!!!! Don’t come here

::This place has the best tire service I have ever had in my life, at the best prices, and I've done it all. Tire outlet, gives you the best service, at the fastest time possible, and at the best price. I have deal with mechanic shops in New Jersey, Queens, Upstate NY, and I have also deal with those mechanics that stand in front of the Autozones soliciting business. All of them put together couldn't beat Tire outlet, on service, friendliness- too friendly, speed of repairs, and price. Only junk yard can beat their price. You can't go wrong with this shop.
