  Hi I am Jenny I am the owner tip top nails sanassa Burnett thank you for your review sorry I didn’t done your nails ever you come to do your nail about 6 week ago you broke your nails went you came in you want a full set for free than I told you I can if you want I do a full set for you I charge you $20 it supposed to be $33 than you say no than that day I take off your nails and clean up but the clear polish on for you with out charge than you came back may 23 Wednesday about 7:20 for a pedicure I did your pedicure for 40 minutes i take off a lot your dead skin i sold to you i ask you went it the last time you do pedicure you say three months ago than I told you needed to get pedicure offer for your feet better than you can do month or 2 month you say yeah I stay late for you should please for that than next day you came back you say my dead skin still some there You want I do pedicure again I say no than I told you one time can be perfect time by time will be good you pay only $23 for pedicure not $230 for pedicure you know the customer write the review it very important for business it have to be fair and write from the bottom of your heart can be mad have to be professional and challenging help the people trying to do businesses successful but anyway thank for your review this is the first time I wrote back if anyone one day reading this matter please help to solve the issues thank everybody again I am Jenny have a nice day 🙏👌

  I recently recieved a pedicure and a full set from this place and not only did they leave dead skin on my feet but within a week of my getting a full set 5 nails had broken. I back to see if she could repair them and the owner Jenny told Me thatwould have to pay 20 for another set. She claimed this was a deal but under no circumstances should 5 nails come off within a week. In 2 cases 3 WHOLE nails came off. The place looks clean but it’s DEFINITELY not the best

  This is my third time coming here and I must say the atmosphere is wonderful. The owner's are the best to make sure my nails are exactly done right and my pedicure amazing. Also my eyebrows were perfect and I'm very hard to please.

  Their nail tools were visibly dirty with strands of cuticle on the edges. We asked for clean ones and they get angry and shouted we better bring our own, saying its offensive to point out its dirty. 3 of them literally yelled at us saying we can't expect a clean one on public places. I would not recommend this place , due to their negligent to have their tools clean and appealing .
