  This place does not deserve any stars at all. You will not see me there at all. First time there and it will be the last time. I went for SNS powder gel. They only had 4 colors, which was fine. Then the guy was pushing me to get gel color instead. For the past two years I have been getting SNS powder gel, so I know the process. When he came with a nail polish that was gooey, I told him the nail polish is no longer good. He ignored me. Had me dry my nails. You never have to dry for awhile with SNS powder gel. At the end put my coat on and some of my nails got messed up. They did not try to compensate the mess. Horrible service.

  Went there in a pinch with no time to go to my regular salon, what a mistake ended up with a fungus 😩

  Came here with a friend who needed a quick mani pedi. First of all the place was digusting. Nothing seems sanitized. They have an extremely poor polish selection. We came in and they sat her down for a regular pedicure. The lady who did her pedicure immediately complained that the color she chose was too light and kept on insisting she change it. She tried convincing her to get gel or a French manicure design. She then proceeded to catch an attitude with my friend because she decided she wanted a different color. She said that it was "not nice" and " not fair" that she wanted to change the color. As a paying customer, you should be provided excellent customer service. You should also be allowed to change your mind without being reprimanded like a child by an employee. This place is horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone who sets foot in Roosevelt field mall !

  I don't know how anyone can give this place 5 stars. I called the day before to schedule an appt. I went in on a Saturday at 7pm. To remove my gel and get a new set. First of all the place is disgusting. Walls, tables and the floors are filthy. When I sat down she confirmed my service. She sat a dirty bowl of acetone in front of me. As i took off my coat she brought over 5 containers of Gel Powder, not much of a selection, and very hard to visualize the colors I might add. Gel powder looks nothing like it does in the jar once it's on the nail. So I opted to get a regular manicure after thy soaked off the gel. I asked if they did the foil method to remove the gel. She said no but I could get a pedi while the gel was soaking off. When I declined the pedi she insisted I get a pedicure because that's how they do it there. Immediately I started to put my coat back on and once again declined the pedicure. I felt pressured to have a pedi after I said no twice. I left that place without any intention to return. I don't advise anyone to go here.

  I love this place! The people are friendly and always work with you to make you the happiest! I've been going here for a year now, whenever I need my nails done and I always recommend to my friends, family, coworkers, and customers who compliment them!
