  Really chill vibe. Older crowd. Moderate middle age crowd. No drama. Just vibing and love. The bartender is amazing! She has a short cut and a big smile to match.

  Its nice cozey spot. The owner, family and staff are great people. They hospitality is awesome. The drinks are good. We gave my mother surprise 80th birthday party.

  Great neighborhood dive bar. Only 3 draft beers, but a respectable selection. Ms. Ruby is the best.

  Tip Top is a real neighborhood gem. I have come to call the entire staff family. Words can't express how much connection to this bar I feel. A piece of home away from home.
