  Take it for what it is, the place caters to college students and women on their lunch breaks so service in general is rushed even at off-peak times. What is inexcusable is the staff's rudeness and lack of customer service. Depending on when you go you may have to deal with overly talkative customers who forget that even rushed nail service is best enjoyed in peace. Long story short, if you're not months overdue on a pedi, or if that cracked nail isn't painful, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
