  I payed 31 dollars for a fill in Friday afternoon, I went back Tuesday because my gel color was a mess and chipping off , the manager did not apologize and Charge me an extra 15 dollars when I asked them to fix it , not too bad of a place but bad customer service .

  Always very professional. Wide variety of polish colors to choose from. Georgia at the front desk is terrific!

  They charge eight dollars to wax your eyebrows and they don't even wipe the wax off! I waited and she looked at me like "What more do you want?" My expression was like, "Are you kidding me?" And she says, "You're all done." So I left. Absurd! Where can you go to get real value for your money in New York?

  Received a mint pedicure and not even 24 hours later I had no polish on 2.5 of my toenails. Was leaving on a trip and didn't have time to wait and get them fixed. Wanted a bottle to fix it myself, but they wouldn't sell one to me. Their only solution was for me to come in and fix them and I didn't have the time to waste. Now I'll have to pay again to get my nails fixed
