It's ok. A friend took me here to get our nails done. Service was fine and as expected but actual quality of work is a bit below average. Theres quite a bit of nail that they didn't actually apply polish on in the edges, so I was a bit disappointed.

My usual nail place was closed so I had to go here to get an acrylic nail removal. The girl had no idea what she was doing (she kept asking the other girl and had my nail dust flying jerk face so she kept rubbing it off and looking at me like it was my fault) then she shaved them so thing that my skin showed through and often hurt me as she went all the way through the nail. I’ve had acrylics for ages and have never experience such pain.

My sister and I have been very loyal customers that I have even brought co-workers/friends to frequent there; however, their greed and rush to get the next customer in is outrageous. You make an appointment to get one nail fixed that shouldn’t have been broken in the first place because I recently had them done (been a happening too often) just to wait 2 hours to get one nail done and they charged me $3.00???? It should have been free with an apology for the wait and shouldn’t have taken 2 hours to fix. Be very AWARE – their greed has been their priority vs. customer service to their loyal customers. May be going back to Top Nails on Queen Anne or possibly searching for another place. An extremely disappointed customer!

I absolutely do not recommend this salon. My shellac manicure chipped and then peeled off after one week. I was literally able to peel it off of my nails like a tape, which could only happen if you use a very low quality of gel (not shellac). I asked for 3 different shades and they charged me 10$ more for it!! As if applying 3 different nail polishes required a lot more effort that using one.. I mean you still have to paint each nail individually right? Overall it was a really bad overpriced service and I'm def not going back ever again!

After moving from South Carolina to Washington and leaving my beloved nail tech I have been on the hunt to find a salon here in Seattle. Tina's was the fourth salon I visited and the manicure was the best. I have had my current polish for two weeks (gel) and I do not have a single chip. I will be visiting again to get a refresh! I went in on a Sunday afternoon, there was no wait and I was home within the hour. I would not suggest Tina's if you are looking for the "glitz and glam" of a spa (they are very friendly, but this is not a spa!), but if you need a regular nail salon to keep your nails up I would definitely suggest this place!
