  We didn't do business with them because they didn't want our business. My wife called them up a couple of months ago about getting new slipcovers for our sofa cushions. We live in Walden, nearby, so it shouldn't have been too problematic. But—maybe it showed up on her caller ID—instead of talking when and how much, this woman started trying to direct us to other places, farther away, which she suggested were more affordable. That's no way to treat a walk-in. If you don't think our money is good enough for your bank account, we agree wholeheartedly. Ultimately we found another upholsterer across the river who was more than willing to take our money. Granted, he took a lot of it, for both the cushions and a headboard, but he was worth it and never tried to stick his nose in the air when we came by. Timeless Elegance? Timeless Arrogance is more like it. We are only raiting them one star because Google won't let us give the,m no stars, which is what they truly deserve
