  Great place for all your watch needs. I’ve had a couple of services and overhauls for my watches and they have been done with precision. Better value than sending back to the manufacturer for service and they stand by their work. If you have any questions they will addressed quickly and followed up with great customer service.

  I had a great experience here. The fellow in the store quickly replaced a defective battery in my girlfriend's quartz watch for $15. He also took about two hours to repair a problem with the dial of my mechanical watch, and the price was reasonable. He did not sell anything hard and helped me examine options for a new leather band as well. The service experience was excellent--he was patient, calm, accommodating, and efficient. I highly recommend Time Zone!

  Fantastic place, very friendly customer service! I literally went to 3 different watch places to get my Movado band fixed and was told I needed a new band and it couldn't be done. I suggested forcing in a new pin and he agreed to try unlike the others... After a short wait the band was good as new without having to fork out $200 for a new band. Definitely try this place before others.
