::Stephanie, who works for Towne Park contracted for the 499 building by Swedish hospital, is just amazing!! We are there twice a week for PT at the Movement & Neuroperformance suite and she is outside working so hard. She's friendly and very helpful. We never have to ask her for help. She just knows assisting is part of great customer service. Today they were short staffed but she was patient and professional.👏

::I visited the Denver Art Museum with my family on Saturday, August 6th. I parked in the Towne Park lot at 1326 Cherokee. The large sign posted over the parking meter advertised parking $10/day, weekend rate $3, in very large letters. When I went to pay, the machine told me the rate was $10 which I paid with a credit card. I felt like this was very deceptive advertising, but what can you do? When I returned to my car a few hours later, I had gotten a $75 violation for not putting the parking receipt on my dash. I did not see this notice anywhere, most likely because, wherever it was posted, it was not in 2 foot letters like the false rate was. I was given 14 days to pay or appeal. The following Monday I filled out the appeal form online and heard nothing back. A week later I emailed the debt collection company and sent them a copy of my violation and receipt showing that I had paid. I fully expected to have this charge reversed. I did not hear back until today, Friday, 8/19, 12 days after my first appeal. I was told that because I did not follow directions to post the receipt in my windshield (again, where exactly was this notice, not on my receipt, that's for sure) I would still have to pay $55 because this was my first violation, payable within 14 days or the full amount would be due. Of course you can't talk to a live person at the collection agency or Towne Park to see if they mean 14 days from the violation (which would be tomorrow) or 14 days from the appeal notice so I am forced to pay $55 by tomorrow or face more of a penalty. I feel like I paid my required amount, made an honest mistake, tried to rectify it in a timely manner and was still messed over by the collection agency. I will never park in a Towne Park lot again.
