  No customers except me. Got the VIP experience by both salespeople with cleaning my shoes and new laces for my Timberlands. Store was tidy and item placement and navigation of the store was intuitive. Just my two cents on my experience. Cheers!

  Customer service was very poor for a flagship store. At the time I was working for the company and found myself helping customers with the products since the associates on hand that day were clearly unfamiliar with the product

  Friendly people there that are willing to help. Great products, specially for rude winter.

  I got my first pairs of Timbs from here and the experience was great! The cashier's and workers are super friendly and they have a range of boots and shoes on display. Would recommend if you are looking for a fresh pair of Timberlands!
