::The staff changed. There are 2 people too busy on their phones to work. Cashier mumbles and is chomping gum mouth wide open. Took 2 customers' orders then took a phone call before proceeding to make them... one handed, as she neded her other hand for her phone. Couldnt have moved any slower if she tried. When the food is finally done, she places the bag on the counter and mumbles "here you go" to no one in particular while already walking away. Unfortunate because the location is very convenient for me but I'd rather dine at a gas station than ever go here again.

::I love Tim Hortons and this location would be five stars if they could consistently give me the coffee I ordered. I only get coffee and they call it out correctly when the bring it to the counter but several times now the coffee is missing the cream and/or sugar. **I have to knock them down another star. Again any other Tim Hortons gets five stars but stay away from this location. Another morning ordering a double double coffee. I end up with a black coffee. Please will management or someone do something.

::I visit Tim Horton's for breakfast, most of the time. Food is delicious.

::This review is for Rick. I give him 5 stars for his professioinal attitude, Knowledge of how a business should be run and just for being friendly. This person definitely needs a raise or promotion. but then he would still have the problem of dealing with a staff that has a long way to go in terms of customer relations. Example, I asked for Oatmeal and the cashier asked the lady standing next to the oatmeal if we had any; without even looking she just said no. Dead pan expression not friendly. Luckily Rick was there and got my oatmeal. Most of the workers in the store have a dead pan expression on their face. Very slow, not friendly. Does it really hurt to smile and remember a persons name if they are spending money 2 or 3 times a week?

::Poor service and underwhelming experience. Employees just stand behind the counter chatting each other up. One of the machines was beeping non-stop while I sat here for 15 minutes plus and they all walked past it and ignored it. They all act like they'd rather be some where else, I say grant their wish and give them their walking papers and hire better staff to replace them.
