  You've been to Tims you know what it tastes like, and this location is likely on your route to work. It does everything it needs to and doesn't stick out from any other location. Good for a quick stop.

  The manager here is so nice. And so are most of the employees. Other than the two/three girls who are extremely rude. I had enough of them yelling at me this morning because my order was wrong. I told them nevermind, you’re just so rude and she told me to “f**k” off. After 15 years of being a Tim Hortons customer the owners lack of hiring discretion for both Ford rd locations has now made me never return. Funny thing is, all the employees know me and would tell you I’m the nicest customer ever (XL 4 cream, 5 Splenda when they read This). Hire better people. You’re not doing me a favor taking my order, it’s your job. Especially when it’s a customer who’s always been kind and appreciative. I’ll be back to speak to the manager this afternoon and that will be it.

  I live within minutes from this location so it’s pretty convenient to come here, however, I HATE this store. They are CONSISTENTLY rude. There’s no reason why the staff should have attitudes first thing in the morning, everyday! Today, after having my card snatched out of my hand by the girl at the window and my food pretty much shoved into my car, I tried to encourage her to have a better day. She immediately snapped at me and closed the window in my face! Terrible! They need to be taught customer service, or get a different job.

  I stopped I ordered a medium ice cap (my usual order) and a sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant. I got to the window and she handed me a small ice cap. I said this isn’t a medium. She then proceeded to argue with me, the customer, about my order and didn’t even offer a replacement. She argued with me even as I pulled away from the window. Then my sandwich was burnt and cold. How does that happen? Very poor service. I will not go to this location again. I will drive 5 miles out of my way if I really need an ice cap that bad. I cannot believe the service. I’m appalled. Never have I ever been treated like that at a Tim Hortons. Update***** after making this review I then called this location and spoke to the manager who as well argued with me and offered no resolution to this problem.

  In general, I don't care much for Tim Horton's coffee, this location makes coffee just as good as the rest of the bunch. But showing up an hour and a half after they open to find they have only a handful of donut options is a bit of a letdown. Definitely no Timbits.
