  This place is absolutely horrible. From slow service from unprofessional staff, to horrible food. I would recommend this place to someone I despise let alone a friend or family member. Went there for the first time this morning and I guarantee you I wont be back. I pray when White Plains Metro North station remodels, they are replaced by something else. I hope I have made my disgust perfectly clear. I only put 1 star because I can't leave it blank. They get 0 stars.

  Waited over 10 minutes to have someone help at the White Plains station location. Only 2 customers in front of me. They had a staff of 4 and were extremely slow. So I had to leave This is not the 1st time I walked off the line Horrible service Never again I rather take the extra time and drive to Starbucks The mom and pop shop that was there before was much better I suggest shutting down as you must be losing money paying the staff who are slow

  Worse Tim Hortons, the coffee is watered down. The employees are rude! Never again...

  Attempted to order an iced Americano, which any reasonable coffee shop would have. Instead of telling me that it wasn't on the menu and making me aware of an upcharge, they stealthily tried to charge me for an iced latte, which is a dollar more than the hot Americano on the menu. Ridiculous.
