  Nice hard wood floors. Ample parking available. The company gives back to the residents and community. That's a plus within itself

  I went there to apply for an apartment and I met the manager. She was very nice and very honest. I had some credit issues and we talked about it and we worked through it. The management of that complex is about giving people a second chance. Good people make bad decisions sometimes and they understand that. The rent is the best in the city. There is a bit too much hanging out but hopefully that will be fixed soon. I look forward to November 15 so that I can move to a place that I can afford and the people care.
