  Nice, low-key spot if you want a taste of old-school LA. This bar is small and was crowded when I arrived here with a couple of friends. Thankfully we were able to secure some decent seating after a couple minutes. This is a place to go to if you're with a couple of friends pregaming the night away. One of the bartenders whipped out a tip jar attached to a statue of a lady who did her "tiki" dance once you pressed a button. It was quite entertaining to say the least....

  Cozy, classy, neighborhood bar. Jazz is playing in the background. Great interior. Limited small plates food menu. Great drinks. Friendly bartenders.

  I love everything about this bar. The bartenders are great. The drinks are tasty and they do lovely non-booze creations, as well. I love the race to grab a table being vacated. And I love that it sits in the shadow of a giant, newer construction Scientology building which hints that someone, at some point, refused to give up this tiny little paradise.

  Super. Klein aber fein
