  Pathetic, Nonsense & Chaos They sent three people whose whole idea was how to increase the quote. Some of their words "These boxes are heavy" "You said boxes, why are there bags" "We don't carry baby stuff" "You did not pack these boxes as per our rules" All this drama when I was paying them per hour. They left my house without doing anything and I end up hiring someone else. Its better to hire someone from craigslist than calling these people. Check their reviews on yelp as well, they only look to take more money from your their clients or else will leave without doing anything.

  We received a quote from another very popular moving company but it was so high that we searched for another company to compare prices. Tiger Movers quoted a price that was less than half the another company quote. Office staff was courteous and the two movers showed up on time, greeted me with a smile, and were clearly professional and experienced. We were very pleased. No extra charges, no nonsense, and if a move can be considered a pleasant experience, this one met that test. Recommended a lot.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. The most unprofessional, disappointing experience I have ever had. This company lured me in with a great quote - assured me all packing time, materials and travel time was built into the estimate & there would be no added, unexpected costs. To start off our experience, they were OVER 3 HOURS late to our scheduled time (they arrived at 6:15pm for a 3pm moving time), So we had to sit around all day waiting for them. Once they arrived and started working they had Everything loaded out within 1 hour (it was a 1 bedroom apartment with minimal items being moved), yet they never came back up at the end to tell us they were leaving to the destination. They didn’t come back to make sure everything was taken care of (there were 3 additional pieces they left behind), and they left behind two legs to my sectional!!!!! Once we realized they had left (we went outside to make sure, and the truck was gone), we checked in an hour later to make sure they hadn’t gotten lost (The trip to the destination was less than an hour), only to find out they were probably only 15 minutes into the route! This is clearly impossible and I even overheard one of the “movers” say on speakerphone that they stopped at Burger King. He proceeded to tell me no matter how long it took them to get to the destination, we had to pay for that time which is just completely absurd! The rep on the phone confirmed 1 hour was plenty of time to allot to the travel, and I even checked my GPS - it said based on current traffic it should’ve taken them 50 minutes to get there. It took them over 2 hours, and once they arrived they demanded we pay over $100 more than the quoted total before unloading anything. I confirmed with the rep the total in advance and asked to clarify many times if I added specific things, if it would change the cost - and they assured me there would be no additional fees (aside from a fee to dissemble a bed). They charged for additional tape (meanwhile they left behind 10 rolls in the apartment that were barely used) and for the extra road time (which clearly wasn’t warranted). This experience was a complete nightmare and I would seriously reccomend to anyone considering their services to stay away!! They are completely unprofessional and take advantage of people! I work in the service industry and I seriously cannot understand how they are even still operating, their treatment of their customers is entirely unacceptable.

  I would not recommend this company. We used them because they were affordable. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. The "professionals" were 3 kids, no older than 24 and they were an hour late. They were obnoxious and always yelling and arguing with each other. They damaged the walls and the ceilings in our hallway, as well as our bed. In addition, they dropped a tote box with books in the mud and never bothered to tell us. I realized it after we started to put things away and I pulled out dirty books. They damaged one of my kitchen dining chairs too; chipped the wood on the top and never said anything. Lastly, I've had a personal item (a Nintendo 3DS) go "missing" from one of the tote boxes that I know was stolen during the move, but I will never be able to prove it. Do yourself a favor and don't be cheap; set aside enough funds to pay for a decent moving company.

  I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone in the area. They did a fantastic job and made my move fun and stress free. The guys were super personable and incredibly helpful. They arrived early and were quick and efficient and made sure to stick to the time so they didn't exceed the cost I was quoted. They didn't complain about anything I asked them to do (including staying a little bit longer to move furniture around and help me put down a large area rug). They even helped me package up miscellaneous bags into one big box so they could put it in their truck and I wouldn't have to make numerous trips back and forth from my house to the apartment. All in all, as stressful as moving can be they made it an easy and enjoyable experience and I wish I didn't move so far away so I could use them again for any future moves!
