  The owner Fred is amazing. Professional and respectful. They helped me with my recliner that broke. I bought it 7 years ago from another Tiffany location that closed and was owned by someone else. Fred sent a repairmen to look at the recliner, to check what part needed to be ordered. They ordered the part, called me 3 weeks later, the part was in and scheduled the repair. He only charged me for the part. Now that is SERVICE. Looking forward to having my recliner repaired.

  Fred was genuine, was not looking to just sell me anything he helped in such a sincere honest way amazing energy, amazing prices.. by far the best furniture store I've ever shopped at I 100% recommend this place fast delivery and even the delivers were sweet enough helping me move out the old sofa and bringing in and building the new one! 5 STARS!!!

  I recently purchased a hi-top dinette set and bar stools from Tiffany Furniture on Rt 112 in Medford. The furniture was delivered when promised. The entire staff from the salesmen to the delivery men were very friendly and courteous. The salesman Bob was not pushy with his sales pitch but instead was informative and was willing to negotiate pricing to keep me within my budget. I would shop here again.

  These Guy's are excellent. My wife and I purchased an Ashley Sofa and love seat set. My wife was worried about the cushions getting flat and they gave us a backup set. We also had a small issue with a decorative leg on the sofa. They replaced the whole sofa. True quality customer service. Thanks, Tiffany Furniture! Your the BEST!

  The best quality for whatever you are looking for. Polite, hassle free, patient people... Bob was great to do business with. Very happy with my purchase. Fred is as pleasant as a person can be...not to mention their GREAT prices and they work with you as well... Whatever your budget maybe :) I definitely suggest to anybody who is in need of any kind of furniture 👍👍🤗
